We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

• We do not accept returns for side effects, incorrect application, or lack of desired results, as individual experiences may vary.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Postage and Packing - £2.95

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. 

​All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked which is expected to take 2-4 working days once dispatched. However, orders can sometimes take longer and it is not a guaranteed service.

​Our parcels should fit through most letter boxes.​

​Unfortunately we ship to UK addresses only at the present time.

Disclaimer: Ear Spheres should not be used during pregnancy or by children under 10 years.  They should always be applied externally and never within the ear canal.  Avoid using on red, sore, irritated or broken skin.  If you experience any reaction such as irritation or itching, they should be removed immediately.
