Ear Spheres are a form of acupressure which stimulate acupuncture points on the external ear. According to Chinese Medicine theory, the ear is a microsystem of the body. Points on the ear correspond to organs and body parts. When the Ear Spheres are placed on these points, they gently stimulate them, sending signals to the brain which in turn sends signals to the body to heal.

We recommend that you can wear Ear Spheres up to 5 days. After this time they should gently be removed with fingers or tweezers. If you wish to apply more Ear Spheres, use the other ear.

Before applying, the ear should be cleaned gently with an alcohol swab or a damp cotton wool ball and left to dry. This will help the Ear Spheres adhere to the ear. Using a pair of tweezers, carefully remove an Ear Sphere plaster and, referring to the appropriate ear diagram, apply to the points one at a time. Press down firmly on each to ensure they are properly applied. You can stimulate each point by gently applying pressure to each Ear Sphere. Never place Ear Spheres within the ear canal.
